Mixing Fluid Nozzle
Material Characteristic
Constructed of carbon fiber-glass-reinforced Polypropylene of SS 316.
Maximum operation temperature 120°C for PP, above 300°C for Stainless Steel.

Functions
Provides a homogeneous air-free fluid mix for solution, minimize the oxygenolysis.

Design Features
Proper parameters are selected to design the geometric curved surface, according to 
Berboulli flow theory of gravity. The fluid that gush out from the taper nozzle with a high 
velocity form a low pressure area round the outlet. Because of the different pressure 
between areas and the fluid momentum act on input liquid, the high velocity fluid and the
 input liquid is introduced into the "mixdiffuse" chamber with the proportion of 1:4 and then 
spout the nozzle, offering a air-free mix of solution.
 
Note
In large solution tank, Mixing fluid nozzle provide better efficiency if they are aligned
 circlewise  rather than monoaligned, while the efficiency is lower when they are 
horizontally aligned.
Mixing fluid nozzle should be placed at the bottom of the tank to get maximum flux rate.
