J Series Atomizing Nozzle has special interior structure, which can evenly mix liquid & gas to generate small to large spraying drops. Usually, we can get super tiny (about 30 micron) liquid drops by air pressure increasing or hydraulic pressure decreasing.
Adjustable atomizing nozzle, with good adaptability, can adjust liquid capacity to meet the requirement without changing air and hydraulic pressure.
Each spray device is composed of air cap and liquid cap, by which two spray pattern-flat fan and round are available, has wide flow rate coverage. Various size of the inlet is available to suit for different pipes. The parts mentioned above can be inter-changeable, offering a good flexibility.
