Product Description

Application:
The self-cleaning nozzle has a Ball with a small hole and a large hole on the opposite sides. The hand valve position is on the Top.

Typically, recycled water is used on the disc filter to knock off the cake. The recycled water contains fibers and tends to clog. With the self cleaning nozzle, they just need to purge without removing the nozzle.
 
The nozzles are installed on both sides of the discs to knock off or scrape the filter cake. It is like a Water spray Doctor. 
 
Filter cake is the pulp mat that is formed on the DF segments. It's pulp mat made during the processing
 
The discs are rotating. If you have a spray shower positioned at an angle against the rotation, the mat will be scraped off the filter segments. The nozzle is installed on the shower pipe.
